1、 When we are installing the acid mist purification tower, we must ensure that the base must be on the concrete foundation 150 mm above the ground, and pay attention to that the water pump and fan must make another concrete foundation according to the requirements.

2、 When we transport and install, we should pay attention to the effective protection of the product, not to allow the body and its components to be damaged.

3、 When we leave the factory in the acid mist purification tower, we should learn to use the segmented packing and transportation according to the actual situation, and the technicians of Yuanrun FRP will come to the site for installation and debugging.

4、 If the acid mist purification tower is to be placed for outdoor use, anti freezing measures shall be taken for the bottom pool of the tower in winter.

5、 The water tank at the bottom of the equipment is marked with liquid level. Before use, make sure to inject absorption liquid according to the liquid mark. Pay attention to supplement the absorption liquid during use.

6、 When we use the purification tower, we should first turn on the circulating water pump for 2-3 minutes, then turn on the blower, and then turn off the blower for 1-2 minutes before turning off the circulating water pump.

7、 We also need to regularly check the liquid acid depth in the water tank at the bottom of the tower body and the gas purification degree of the exhaust port according to the service conditions, when it is found that it exceeds the standard. Immediately replace the absorbent in the bottom tank.

8、 Please note that the user service will carry out an overhaul once a year and a half to two years after the purification tower is used, check the filling of the disc spray pipe and packing, and clean them.
