1. Before installing the fan, check whether the impeller of the shell is damaged during transportation. The fan must be installed on the concrete foundation or on the steel frame. The base of the fan shall be equipped with damping device, and the air outlet shall be equipped with canvas pipe to reduce the vibration, so as to avoid the resonance caused by the operation of the fan and affect the use effect

2. During the installation, pay attention to check whether the connection part is loose and whether the clearance between impeller and air shell is even by hand. If there is any collision, repair and then install.

3. If hoisting, it shall be equipped with hoisting frame and suspension spring or rubber damping pad to be hoisted with suspender.

4. The suction duct of the fan shall be larger than the outlet duct, and the error shall not be greater than 10%. The inlet of waste gas treatment shall be equipped with bucket deformation interface, and the user must install it as required.

5. The fan shall be installed in parallel, and the unevenness shall not exceed 2%.

6. After the installation of the fan, check whether there are sundries in the fan, and check whether the two pulleys of the motor pulley and the fan blade pulley are on the same horizontal line.

7. When the fan is used for power distribution, the motor above 2.2kW shall be equipped with the starter of the overload protection device with Δ type connection.

8. Before starting the machine, check whether the power supply circuit, switch and wiring method are correct, and whether the wiring of the terminal is secure, and start the machine only after confirming the safety.

9. The motor shall be moisture-proof and waterproof, and the motor protective cover shall be covered to avoid burning the motor.

Maintenance of centrifugal fan in waste gas treatment equipment system:

1. Inject No. 3 bearing grease or No. 30 liquid oil into the C-type drive spindle bearing every quarter, and clean and add No. 3 bearing grease to the motor bearing every year.

2. Before the fan is shut down for a long time (more than one week), check whether the insulation of the motor meets the requirements. The insulation of 380 V AC motor shall not be less than 0.5 megohm.

3. The temperature of the running main bearing shall not exceed 75 ℃, and the temperature of the motor shall not exceed the specified value of the motor.

4. The oil (water) in the snail of the fan shall not be too much, and the fan wheel and the body shall be cleaned regularly to avoid affecting the normal operation of the fan.
